I’m interested in how people build businesses, make decisions, use technology, and create more freedom in their lives.I tend to learn by entering unfamiliar situations, figuring out how things work, and adjusting along the way.My rule is simple: if the downside is manageable, I’m usually willing to try.
What I’m Building
My main project today is Roadnavier, a direct-to-consumer automotive technology brand.Along the way, I’ve become increasingly interested in AI, content systems, global distribution, and how a small business can operate with very little organizational overhead.PengMudan.com is where I document what I learn beyond any single business.
Outside of Work
I travel, read, train, and observe.Travel especially gives me a way to test assumptions against reality. I’m interested in how people live, work, build businesses, and make choices in different parts of the world.Many of the ideas on this site begin with something I noticed in ordinary life.
